Stop daydreaming about projects to never be.
Stop entertaining absurd delusions.
Stop eating (much) wheat.
Start working on projects that can be (soon).
Start practicing more stillness.
Start making small meals of fruit, veggies, & antipasto (+nuts).
Stop worrying about sodium.
Start eating more potassium & vitamin D.
Stop loading your to do list with excess spirituality.
Start living daily existence as a spiritual endeavor.
Start; get that tattoo.
Stop being pessimistic about romance.
Start risking failure.
Stop blowing so much at restaurants.
Start managing mood better.
I am already well on the way
